We consider the approach to modeling of man–machine systems reliability using expert information and fuzzy cognitive maps. The novelty of this approach is that interrelations of factors affecting system’s reliability are taken into account. The paper includes the basic correlations of fuzzy cognitive maps and proposes the algorithm that allows evaluating the importance index of concepts related to the factors that affect the reliability. To demonstrate the proposed approach, we use the system “driver–car–road.”
