Two new iridoids (1, 2), along with one known iridoid (3), two known triterpenoid saponins (4, 5), and one known flavonoid (6), were isolated from the whole plant of Patrinia heterophylla Bunge. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data analysis, especially by means of 1D and 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS analyses. The cytotoxic activity of the isolated compounds against human leukemic cells was evaluated using CCK-8 assay. Compounds 1 and 2 showed cytotoxic activities against HL-60, K562, and Jurkat cells, and compounds 3 and 5 showed cytotoxic activity against HL-60. Among them, compound 1 showed slightly stronger cytotoxic activity against K562 cells than the positive control.
