Seven isoflavonoids including five new glycosides were isolated from root bark of Maackia amurensis. Their structures were established as daidzin 4'-O-gentiobioside, 7-O-gentiobiosyldaidzein 4'-O-β-Dglucopyranoside, 7-O-gentiobiosylgenistein 4' -O- β -D-glucopyranoside, 3'-methoxydaidzein 7-O-gentiobioside,… Click to show full abstract

The isoflavonoids daidzin 4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and genistin were identified in roots of M. amurensis for the first time.
