A new phenylethanoid glycoside, named cis-alyssonoside (1), was isolated from the leaves of Callicarpa nudiflora, along with four known phenylethanoid glycosides (2–5). Their structures were determined on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis and comparison with literature data. The inhibitory effects on lipopolysaccharide induced nitric oxide (NO) production in RAW264.7 cells of all the compounds were evaluated.
