The 2016 US Presidential Campaign of Donald J. Trump described renewing ‘America’s crumbling infrastructure’ with an extensive program for transportation, water, power grids, telecommunications, security, and other facilities. The program includes incentive-based contracting, jobs creation that leads to increased tax revenues, and attention to reducing waste in procurement.
