In order to effectively predict the pipeline displacement induced by water leakage during tunnel construction, based on the Pasternak foundation model, a two-stage analysis method was used to establish the equilibrium differential equations of pipeline. The Fourier series was used to simplify the calculation of vertical pipeline displacement. The calculation method used in this paper was compared with the centrifuge model test of Cambridge University and the field engineering data, verifying the feasibility of this method. The influences of pipeline depth, scale of water leakage and loss rate of ground on vertical displacement of pipeline was also analyzed. The results showed that compared to pipeline depth, pipeline stiffness had lager effect on vertical displacement of pipeline. The scale of water leakage and loss rate of ground also had great influence on tvertical displacement of pipeline, and the displacement increased as the two parameters increased. Therefore, leakage of pipeline and large loss rate of ground should be avoided in practical engineering to ensure the security of tunnel construction.
