In this work, we use the standard Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer (BCS) model for Dirac superconductors. We consider the thickness of graphene and substrate material layer in calculation of the Coulomb potential and estimate critical temperature Tc. We also analyze the influence of electron density on the electron-phonon interaction and Coulomb pseudopotential in graphene. Furthermore, we estimate the factor of isotopic shifting in graphene monolayer on substrate.
