We develop new self-reinforced organoplastic materials based on heat-resistant phenylone that are used in practice as structural materials. The method of mathematical planning of experiments is used to determine the optimal mode of pressing of organoplastic materials with regard for the influence of temperature, the content of fibers, and their length on the impact toughness. We establish basic regularities of the influence of the content and length of fibers on the physical and chemical processes running in the structure of polymer composites. The optimal content of fibers in a polymer matrix guaranteeing the best collection of engineering characteristics of organoplastic materials is determined.
