This paper presents a Ribera-Filon method-based analytical solution to the plane problem of the theory of elasticity on the stress-strain state (SSS) of a base of finite thickness and width under a uniformly distributed load acting on part of the base. A nonstabilized SSS is also considered for the water-saturated soil base (Sr > 0.85), i.e., with regard to consolidation and creep processes, including secondary consolidation and anisotropic filtering

Keywords: stress strain; uniformly distributed; strain state
