Pheochromocytoma from medulla chromaffin cells that synthesize, store, and cat-abolize catecholamines The typical triple symptoms of pheochromocytoma include recurrent and palpitations Hypertension is also one of the most common manifestations in patients with pheochro-mocytomas. We report a patient with pheochromocytoma which hypotension was his significant clinical manifestation with myocardial damage, upper gastrointestinal bleeding and long-term sexual dysfunction. And we discuss its possible mechanism.
