Aspergillosis infection (AI) is the most common type of fungal infection, and the lungs are the most affected organs of deep AI. Due to the wide application of broad-spectrum antibiotics, glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants, as well as increased number of human immunodefi ciency virus infection and organ transplant recipients, the incidence of AI has been increasing year by year. Here we report a case of subacute invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (SIPA) successfully treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
