The samples LiMn2−x(Ni0.33Co0.33Fe0.33)xO4 (0 ≤ x ≤ 2) were synthesized by starch-based gel combustion method. The x-ray phase analysis of the obtained samples revealed the polymorphic transformations of the solid solution LiMn2−x(Ni0.33Co0.33Fe0.33)xO4 (0 ≤ x ≤ 2.0) under isobaric-isothermal conditions when changing the composition: from the disordered spinel (0 ≤ x < 1.0) to the ordered spinel (1.0 < x ≤ 1.8) up to halite (x = 2). The electrochemical testing of the solid solution’s LiMn2−x(Ni0.33Co0.33Fe0.33)xO4 samples was conducted.
