Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) is a tumor of the bile ducts, which has been associatedwith a poor prognosis. Even though the tumor growth is slow and hematogenous metastasis is uncommon, the disease is usually advanced at presentation and has a propensity to invade the hepatic hilum precluding a curative resection. Patients with a CCA may present with biliary obstruction and with local and distant metastases. The most common sites of metastases are the liver, peritoneum, and lungs, but metastases to unusual sites, such as brain, skin, and adrenal gland, have been reported in literature [1–3]. Rarely, CCA has been reported to metastasize to the colon [4] and skeletal muscle [5, 6]. Herein we report a case of CCA presentingwithmetastasis to the breast and a brief review of literature regarding the same.
