Gastric collision tumors are rare neoplasms which consist of at least two distinct neoplasms that develop adjacent to one another [1, 2]. Their diagnosis is often incidental, usually found randomly during pathological evaluation of gastric biopsies or surgically excised specimens [1], and their behavior remains widely unknown. Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) play a leading role in gastric tumor oncogenesis. In this study, we report a rare case of a gastric collision tumor of MALT lymphoma and adenocarcinoma in the stomach suggesting the role of H. pylori as a common oncogene.
