leukemia (CLL) and lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma, may display a diffuse, interstitial or paratrabecular and/ or intertrabecular pattern. Diffuse large B cell and Burkitt lymphoma usually shows diffuse involvement. Intrasinusoidal patterns are encountered in extranodal and splenic marginal zone lymphoma. Bone marrow involvement by non-Hodgkin B cell lymphoma may show different patterns of infiltration: interstitial, diffuse, nodular, paratrabecular, or intrasinusoidal. Follicular lymphoma involvement is predominantly paratrabecular. Most mantle cell lymphomas show a nodular or diffuse pattern. Other low-grade lymphoma, such as small lymphocytic lymphoma/chronic lymphocytic
