This is a case of a 20-year-old lady presenting in surgical OPD with history of trauma 1 year ago with foreign body in situ in the right distal forearm where she had history of unsuccessful attempt of surgery for foreign body removal at the time of injury. She was investigated with ultrasonography of local part which suggested thorn within the tendon of flexor group of muscles. Thorn removal was performed with ultrasonography guidance under brachial block. Thorn was found to be completely within the tendon of flexor digitorum profundus with close vicinity to ulnar artery. The surgery was performed on day-care basis without intraoperative or postoperative complication, and she was discharged with utmost satisfaction on the same evening.
