In this paper we study the interactions among two species of predators and one single species of prey populations, under a more generalized functional response arising out of the competition. The models presented in this research for these species exhibit rich dynamics for varying values of the vital parameters involved. Conditions for the existence and stability of equilibria of the model equations are established.
