The traditional system development combines form and business logistic developing. Therefore, a designer needs to realize both form design and business logistic. It will fail to divide labor in accordance with functions for the advanced developmental efficiency via collaborative work, that leading to the deficient expansibility of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. In the process of common system development, there are standards either undone or unable to be implemented leading to failure during follow-up maintenance. The conventional client–server architecture is confronted with an overload of database server that resulting from excessive connections, leading to declined system efficiency and stability. This paper proposed an integrated 3-Tier Architecture and component technologies for developing components required to develop an EPR system in internet of Things (IoT). The 3-Tier architecture objective is to render the independence of forms and business logistic applicable to group development that is leading to advanced developmental efficiency in accordance with the functional division, collaborative operation, promoted efficiency, and reliability of ERP system. The system-development standards and business-logic interfaces are built in components via object orientation for the advancement of system expansibility and software productivity. This paper proposed analyze properties, methods, and events of components via form’s characteristics in the ERP system and builds web-based components via object orientation. These embeds methods and events in components as the standards interface of system and business logistic development; moreover, business logistic is processed via Middle-Tier for achieving the 3-Tier operation. The results of this paper indicate that components can advance the efficiency, reduce the timetable, and expands the ERP system development. The developed system is equipped with expansibility and is easy-to-maintain, leading to advanced flexibility and declined maintenance costs.
