Abstract The authors discovered a number of minor inaccuracies on pp. 58–59 of this article. However, they do not affect any of the main claims regarding the influence of lexical features on text assessment made in that study. In this note, we provide a corrected proof of the inaccuracies (marked in bold). The authors would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
