In this issue of Chem, Liu and coworkers have developed a novel theranostic system based on nanoparticles with aggregation-induced emission characteristics (AIE dots), which emit long-wavelength chemiluminescence (CL) and generate singlet oxygen upon chemiexcitation by H2O2, offering a new strategy for CL image-guided tumor therapy.
