Abstract A Green function analysis is used to study spin-wave excitations in a nanowire ferromagnetic superlattice. The dispersion equation for spin waves propagating along the nanowires, which are modeled as having a hexagonal cross section, is derived. The results are illustrated numerically for a particular choice of parameters.
