Epithelioid angiosarcoma of the bladder is a rare subtype of bladder angiosarcoma that is characterized by presence of immunostaining for endothelial markers but not urothelial markers. There are 17 cases to date described in the literature, with past history of radiation as a common risk factor. Multimodality therapy with surgery combined with radiation and chemotherapy is often employed, still with poor overall prognosis.
