Highlights • No case of abdominal pregnancy implanted on the surface of a subserosal uterine leiomyoma has previously been reported.• We herein report the case of abdominal pregnancy implanted on the surface of a pedunculated subserosal uterine leiomyoma.• The uterine leiomyoma with gestational tissue was resected laparoscopically and the postoperative course was uneventful.
