Introduction: Density gradient methods are used to select high quality spermatozoa and are specially useful when sample quality is low. However, the number of studies to apply these techniques in frozen-thawed sperm of wild species are limited. Objective: To examine the effectiveness of BoviPureTM density-gradient centrifugation (DGC) in ejaculated and epididymal sperm samples from European mouflons (Ovis musimon) using two different freezing methodologies.
