Highlights • TBI is an important part of conditioning regimens in patients undergoing HSCT.• Myeloablative regimens delivering 12 Gy/6F were most commonly employed.• No uniform standard on the optimal dosage of TMI and segmentation.• Our results first showed TMLI (8–10 Gy/2F) could be an acceptable alternative with encouraging OS.
