Abstract Here, we have studied the influence of mixed halide methylammonium lead iodide (MAPbI3) and MAPb(I1-xBrx)3 (x = 0.1) perovksite solar cells (PVSCs) based on based mp-TiO2 ETL. In this work, the mixed halide MAPb(I1-xBrx)3 (x = 0.1) hybrid perovskite layer was deposited via solvent engineering process. Detailed solvent engineering process and its advantages has been discussed. The results revealed that, compared with single MAPbI3 the mixed halide MAPb(I1-xBrx)3 hybrid perovskite based on mp-TiO2 exhibits power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 14.92% with current-density (JSC) of 20.85 mAcm−2, open circuit voltage (VOC) of 1.056 V and FF of 0.68 .
