Technique Video Video 1 Technique for rotator cuff repair with patch augmentation using an acellular dermal allograft. The patient is positioned in beach chair position. After arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, an acellular dermal allograft is deployed in the subacromial space. The allograft patch is subsequently secured to overlie the rotator cuff repair using poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) staples medially and suture anchors laterally.
