Technique Video Video 1 Arthroscopic anatomic glenoid reconstruction with distal tibial allograft in a patient with recurrent shoulder instability using mixed fixation techniques (including 1 suspensory fixation device and 1 titanium screw). A right shoulder is shown with the patient in the lateral decubitus position. A walkthrough of the procedure highlights the most important steps, with viewing from the posterior and anterosuperior portals: bone loss assessment, graft preparation, anterior glenoid rim preparation, EndoButton and graft positioning and tensioning, Halifax portal creation, and screw fixation.
