Abstract In this work, the generalized Robin–Regge problem with complex coefficients is investigated. Two new uniqueness theorems are proved for the inverse spectral problems, and the corresponding algorithms are also provided. For one of the inverse spectral problems, the local stability and solvability are discussed by using a constructive algorithm related to the property of Riesz basis.
