Highlights • We have compiled the reported cases of HCO since 1987, having 39 cases including our report.• It is an extremely rare case report.• To make a diagnosis it is necessary a pathologist specializing in gynecology oncology.• All previous reports had radical open surgery, this is the first report of conservative and laparoscopic surgery.
