Introduction The double ventricular response is a rare supraventricular tachycardia that results from simultaneous antegrade conduction over the fast and slow pathways of the atrioventricular (AV) node. And certain electrophysiological conditions must be met for double ventricular response to occur. Here we report a unique case of double ventricular response triggered by beta blocker use in heart failure patients.
