Abstract The problem of load balancing in industrial networks requires a deterministic and a high performance solution. We consider the Markov chain mixing time problem in undirected hub spoke networks as a basis model to our solution. A data bank is generated using an optimization solver and a regression model is produced from the data. The produced regression model is used to dynamically adjust the edges weights in hub spoke networks in real time to perform the load balancing achieving the fastest mixing time.
