Abstract This scientific paper shows the structural and modular architectures for the design of smart mechatronic and cyber-mixmechatronics systems used in laboratories and in the industry. From the point of view of immediate industrial applications, these new mechatronic and cyber-mixmechronic concepts and achievements are part of the "Industry 4.0 digitalization", for their integration into industrial enterprises, as follows: for intelligent measurement and control processes; for technological and laboratory processes; for significant contributions on "industrial digitization"; etc. Compared to other international scientific papers, the new presented concepts and solutions constitute a new intellectual property of the author, plus a significant technical and technological value, but also economic, when they are integrated into the intelligent manufacturing 4.0.
