Abstract The Cerebrovascular Accident (CVA) or Stroke presents one of main health concern mainly because its high rate of mortality and disability, having a great social and economic impact. The patient’s mental state index, or dementia level, is important for tracking the recovery of subjects affected by Stroke. There are several tests to evaluate the patient’s dementia level. For this work, Addenbrooke’s Cognitive Examination Revised (ACE-R) has been chosen because it is a comprehensive enough test and does not require great efforts from patient and professional for its execution. This work’s purpose is to compare the individuals’ group performance in a game with certain difficulty levels against their respective points obtained in the cognitive exam (ACE-R). Therefore, the tests will be performed in two steps: to play with AnkleBot and the game and perform the ACE-R test. The results present a satisfactory correlation within the established objectives, opening several study fronts in relation to game development, subjects performance in virtual games and correlation with cognitive levels.
