Abstract The paper presents the results of studying the process of electrodeposition of metals on a rotating electrode. The numerical experiment was used to calculate the dynamics of nucleus growth according to the model developed by Isaev A.V. and Baraboshkin N. A. under different conditions of galvanostatic electrolysis. The dependences of changes in the nucleus radius, overvoltage, and equilibrium concentration of adatoms under different electrolysis conditions are established. Studies were conducted in three different electrolytes. Kinetic parameters of metal reduction and specific electrical conductivity were determined in these solutions. The equilibrium concentration of adatoms is calculated from the inclusion curves. Galvanostatic electrolysis was performed when three current values were set. The initial data obtained during the experiment were used to calculate the growth dynamics of a single nucleus on an inert substrate.
