There is a growing concern regarding the epidural blood patch (EBP) safety in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) positive patients. We are reporting our experience with an EBP for post-dural puncture headache (PDPH) management in COVID-19 positive parturient following an inadvertent dural puncture caused by a Tuohy needle while providing labor epidural analgesia. Our patient has benefited from the EBP; she has not reported any short-term neurological complications within the 12 weeks of follow up. However, the long-term complications are still unknown.
