Highlights • There is no reported evidence in the literature of malignant fibrous histiocytoma having metastasized in pancreas and stomach.• The incidence of Malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) in the mandible is not frequent and incidence risk is only 3% of all MFHs in bones.• Metastasis in extrapulmonary locations are not frequent.
