Highlights • Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) is a rare and fatal disease.• Its specific treatment is still unclear.• The presentation of abdominal LAM without pulmonary findings is unusual.• We report an Extrapulmonary -LAM treated with abdominal and thoracic surgery, radiotherapy and finally sirolimus.• The follow-up period was complicated, as no specific center or national institution was available for these patients.
