Highlights • Eosinophilic mastitis which organ damage is limited to only the breast is very rare.• A case of mastitis by eosinophil infiltration improved by only anti-allergic drugs.• This is an isolated successful case of eosinophilic mastitis by anti-allergic drugs.• Anti-allergic agents may be the first-line medicine to treat the eosinophilic mastitis.• Anti-allergic agents may be superior to steroids for organ damage only in the breast.
