Conclusions of this article can be used as practice guidelines.• Seminal vesicles are subject to fistula due to the removal of Denonvillier’s fascia and due to anastomotic leakage.• Both CT scan with water soluble contrast or sinography are best effective diagnostic examinations.• Majority of coloseminal vesicle fistula have a good prognosis with conservative approach.
