Highlights • Papillary carcinoma of thyroid rarely present as manubriosternum metastasis.• Surgical resection is a good option for resectable solitary bony metastasis.• Radical surgical resection followed by a radioiodnie ablation is standarad traetment.• Total thyroidectomy and claviculo- manubriosternal enbloc resection and improvised reconstruction was performed using Methyl methacrylate marlex mesh plate (MMS).• Our improvised reconstruction technique which provides best MMS plate stability, good cosmoses and disease free survival.
