Highlights • Warthin-like variant of Papillary thyroid carcinoma (WLPTC) is an uncommon variant of PTC.• The management of WLPTC patient is similar to that of PTC and depends on the stage of the disease.• This patient had lymph node metastasis, still she is doing well four years after treatment.
