Highlights • Autologous tendon grafting in distal clavicle non-union fracture can be an option of treatment.• In a poor environment with impaired bone healing, biological support, such as autologous tendon graft, to maintain fracture reduction may be necessary.• This case shown an outcome with the use of autologous semitendinosus graft for distal clavicle nonunion in CKD patients.
