Highlights • Sex cord tumors with annular tubules (SCTAT) are very rare neoplasms comprising less than 1% of sex cord ovarian tumors.• They usually occur in women of reproductive age and tend to be associated with Peutz Jeghers Syndrome (PJS), be bilateral.• We report the second case of a 71-year old woman with non-syndromic bilateral SCTAT.
