I read the paper by Mazzanti et al. [(1)][1] with great interest, and congratulate the authors on their excellent work. As the authors correctly state, long QT syndrome (LQTS) is a common inheritable arrhythmogenic disorder, often secondary to mutations in the KCNQ1 , KCNH2 , and SCN5A genes.
