Editorial team changes are an inevitable and almost constant organic process in journal production and publication. Due to his retirement, JBMT bids farewell and offers profound thanks to our Senior Editorial Consultant, Professor Glenn Hymel, of Loyola University, New Orleans, who has been a major contributor to the Journal's expansion. Thanks to his tireless efforts, much of it focused on the accuracy of research statistics and information, standards of quality and reliability of JBMT's published papers have continued to improve. When Glenn joined JBMT as an Associate Editor, in 2008, the content ran to just over 90 pages e whereas this issue contains around 240! Stepping up to absorb much of Dr Hymel's workload, into her already significant role, will be Professor Jerrilyn Cambron, of The National University of Health Sciences, Lombard, Illinois ewho becomes JBMTs Senior Associate Editor. The efficiency with which Dr. Cambron oversees major elements of the review and revision process, associated with the everincreasing flow of submissions, is an admirable example of sound time, and team, management. Expanding his existing role as a long-serving Associate Editor, Dr Dimitrios Kostopoulos will, from later this year, be contributing periodic editorial papers for the Prevention& Rehabilitation section, on aspects of assessment, based on his renowned expertise relating to EMG testing. JBMTs other Associate Editors will all continue in their current roles, and are deserving of recognition:
