Highlights • Primary lymphoma of bone is a rare entity with unspecific symptoms.• Typical radiology is a large soft-tissue tumor around non-destructed bone.• Treatment is based on systemic chemotherapy.• Chemotherapy seems to produce a better outcome than radiotherapy alone.• Positiv factors: age<60 y, solitary lesion, low LDH, favourable ECOG and IPI scores.
