Eosinophilic pustular folliculitis (EPF) is a rare, chronic, relapsing dermatosis predominantly seen in East Asians that was first described in 1970 by Ofuji. The lesions are characterized by pruritic follicular papulopustules with a predilection for seborrheic areas. Typically, small papules enlarge and coalesce into large plaques, usually on the face.1 We present an aggressive case of granulomatous EPF on the face.
