Abstract Theranostic nanoparticles were developed using synthesized Gadolinium doped iron oxide nanoplatforms by polyol process. Lenalidomide was coated on the magnetic core using PLGA by nanoprecipitation technique. Modification of Polyethylenimine was done with targeting moieties to provide targeting against gliomas.
