Abstract To investigate the production mechanism of semicarbazide from protein in Chinese softshell turtles at different drying temperatures, the tandem mass tags -tagged protein quantification technique and tandem mass spectrometry were used to screen the differentially abundant proteins of Chinese softshell turtles.
